Jassi has commissioned if not the biggest music producer but one of the biggest in the Urban Desi scene master-mind Rishi Rich as well as hit maker and Aman Hayer.
His twelve track album entitled ‘The New Adventures of Jassi Sidhu’ is nothing short of one hell of an adventure as Jassi teams up with Bhangra Ambassador Malkit Singh and Bengali sensation Mumzy! For all you die-hard Bhangra lovers out there this album will definitely be a treat for your ears.
The first song of the album, “Ki Kehneh”, starts off with a slow intro and then kicks in with some rocking dhol. Its got a fresh beat and is sure to cause some damage on the dance floors. “Thaal” gets you in the mood to dance with its upbeat tracks, while “Gabru Desh Punjab dah” has some powerful vocals on offer.
“Mirza Kitheh Mardhaa Si” again starts on a slow note before picking up beat, and “Therah Pyar” follows it with some amazing lyrics. “Aek Largayah” has a good mix of dhol and flutes and follows the usual Aman Hayer style.
“Koori Dil Mangudhi” has a different and more upbeat tune to it, in contrast to the song “Sohni Lagudhi” from the album which has a simple yet effective beat. “Koka Lut Keh Lehgiyah” has a good mix of guitar and keyboard loops.
The CD also has two bonus remix tracks –
